THE ASSIGNMENT
PHAR managed the campaigns across the three markets and shared findings from local tests. The January 2026 account review documented examples already tested and extended to other markets.
CAMPAIGN DECISIONS
01
Testing first-visit optimisation
In Thailand, PHAR tested optimisation towards first-visit events with the aim of increasing monthly active users. The approach was then extended to Singapore. First visits were a campaign signal, not a count of qualified leads.
TESTED IN THAILAND, EXTENDED TO SINGAPORE
02
Adapting employer campaigns by day
The team separated weekday and weekend employer campaigns in Thailand, varying bidding, copy and audience targeting. This approach was subsequently extended to the Philippines.
EMPLOYER ACTIVITY IN THAILAND AND THE PHILIPPINES
03
Making attribution easier to compare
An attribution-window change tested in Singapore was extended to Thailand and the Philippines. It addressed differences between platform and analytics reports. Those systems can still assign credit differently. Adding their reported conversions together would not give a count of unique people.

01
Define the action being measured
Keep candidate applications separate from employer registrations. Name the source and attribution window beside each measure.
02
Investigate what changed
Use traffic, conversion rate and job-view activity to investigate a change in applications. Record tracking differences before drawing a conclusion.
03
Record the next decision
Compare spend with the agreed budget, document the proposed adjustment and identify who needs to approve it.
