THE ASSIGNMENT / 01
AWARENESS AND CONSIDERATION
The Hour Glass wanted to build awareness and consideration among high-net-worth audiences while maintaining its premium positioning. The brief covered a regional retail business with multiple watch brands.
Fragmented tracking and incomplete conversion signals limited the information available for optimisation. PHAR addressed those gaps alongside the campaign structures, so activity could be assessed beyond clicks.
PHAR’S CONTRIBUTION / 02
PHAR rebuilt the measurement and campaign foundation across markets, then developed audience targeting and optimised activity across Meta and Google.
MEASUREMENT
Conversion signals
PHAR addressed incomplete conversion signals and fragmented tracking. This work gave campaign optimisation a broader basis than click activity alone.
AUDIENCES
Luxury intent
The team focused audience selection on high-net-worth and luxury-intent consumers, reflecting the retailer’s awareness and consideration objectives.
CAMPAIGN OPTIMISATION
Bidding and creative
The campaign approach included value-based bidding and creative optimisation across Meta and Google, with premium reach and engagement as its objectives.

BRAND CONTEXT / 03
The retailer’s premium positioning shaped the brief. Audience selection and creative optimisation needed to support awareness and consideration in that context. The photographs show The Hour Glass’s retail environment.

MATCHED-PERIOD RESULTS / 04
Singapore and Malaysia recorded lower costs per Meta-reported landing-page view from September 2025 to August 2026, compared with September 2024 to August 2025. These figures describe website-traffic efficiency across each account portfolio.
SINGAPORE / META PORTFOLIO
lower cost per landing-page view
September 2025 to August 2026, compared with September 2024 to August 2025.
MALAYSIA / META PORTFOLIO
lower cost per landing-page view
September 2025 to August 2026, compared with September 2024 to August 2025.
MEASUREMENT NOTE
Cost per landing-page view was calculated from each account’s total spend and total Meta-reported landing-page views for the period. Campaign and objective mix changed between periods, so this is a directional portfolio comparison. It does not establish sales, revenue, unique customers or uplift caused by PHAR. Thailand, Google Ads and Hublot-labelled accounts are excluded because tracking continuity, coverage or account scope could not be established consistently.
